A Legal Disclaimer

Non-Discrimination Policy:

a) Trainings-4U, LLC prohibits all forms of discrimination and/or harassment, including those that violate local, state or federal law. Such items include sex/gender, race, color, age, ethnic origin, physical or mental disability, veteran status, pregnancy, religion, genetic information, gender identification, sexual orientation, etc.

b) If a student is dismissed for any form of discrimination, he/she will receive a refund of $0.

c) Trainings-4U will investigate any instructor(s) who allegedly discriminate against students, other instructors, etc. If discrimination is proven, he/she will be dismissed.

d) Trainings-4U, LLC will take necessary measures to ensure all persons are treated in a fair and equal manner.

Trainings-4U Recording Keeping & Retention 

a) Student records will be maintained for at least two (2) years at the program’s business address.

b) Records shall be kept in an area that is readily accessible and able to be locked.

 

Trainings-4U Changes in the Programs:

a) Major changes will only be made after careful consideration.

b) Major changes will follow standards set forth by the Ohio Department of Health.

c) Major changes will be approved the Program Coordinator/Administrator.

d) Major changes will be reported to the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) within thirty days of the change.
